As we all know, what we say matters, but HOW we say it is important as well. Words hold vibration, frequency, and can be empowering, dismissive, or simply mistaken. Also, how are we hearing something? Does it push our trigger points - are we hearing the speaker's intent or are we listening to our own interpretation colored by the lens of personal trauma?

After re-listening to Episode 9 on Power ,Jasmine and Sarrah realized that a few words on gender identity ("it doesn't matter" - which were meant in the context of "it doesn't matter to us what you choose") were not completely clear, and could have been mistaken for dismissive and disempowering instead of "we're for anything you choose" which was the original intent.
