A slight chance of snow before 11 A.M., then the clouds break apart. Highs hit 42 degrees with a southwest breeze around 14 miles an hour. Tonight stays comfortable.. 33 degrees. Not bad for late February. Now push north to the Capital Region and the story flips. Snow is likely through 10 A.M. Then it quiets down before round two fires up late afternoon, peaking around 8 P.M.
