Right now, snow is falling at two to three inches per hour. We've already picked up nearly five inches. And we're nowhere close to done. Blizzard warnings are up across the city, Long Island. And the Hudson Valley. This storm is life threatening. Whiteout conditions. Hurricane force gusts. Coastal flooding. Stay inside if you possibly can. Let me walk you through what's happening. New York City is getting absolutely buried. Heavy snow and blowing snow continue through 6 PM. You're looking at another 10 to 14 inches on top of what's already down.
