Southern New Hampshire hits 66 degrees around 3 P.M. Those gray skies break apart, sunshine takes over. And winds gust to 30 miles an hour. Central areas see the same story — 66 degrees with midday sunshine. Even up in the White Mountains, you'll top out at 65. That's impressive for elevation.
