That peaceful 34 degrees you're feeling right now? Enjoy it. Winter's got one last surprise up its sleeve.
In the next 24 hours., A Winter Weather Advisory kicks in at 6 P.M. For southern New Hampshire. Snow, sleet. And freezing rain move in from the south this evening. If you're down south, precipitation starts around 4 P.M. Central New Hampshire gets hit closer to 5 P.M. The White Mountains stay dry until after 9 P.M. Tonight gets messy. Southern and central areas pick up 1 to 3 inches of snow and sleet, plus a light glaze of ice. The mountains see about an inch. The worst of it peaks around 1 A.M. Temperatures drop into the low 20s overnight, with wind chills in the teens.
