Right now you're stepping outside to 27 degrees and fog. Enjoy the calm. It won't last. Snow rolls into southern New Hampshire around 11 tonight. By 3 A.M. Monday, this thing turns nasty. We're talking near whiteout conditions through Monday morning, especially along the coast. Down in Manchester, Nashua. And Portsmouth, you're looking at 8 to 12 inches of snow by Monday night. Wind gusts hit 40 miles an hour. The National Weather Service has a Blizzard Warning on Coastal Rockingham County. That's not a drill. Lows tonight drop to 21 degrees, highs Monday barely touch 29.
