Episode notes

✳️ Black and white thinking are also known as polarized thinking.

✳️When thinking in absolutes, we tend to underestimate our abilities; instead of work in progress, we see a trail of disasters.

✳️Neurodivergent students often compare someone`s chapter twenty to their chapter three. The all-or-nothing approach does not serve them and is often connected to higher anxiety levels and underperformance.

✳️if you want to break through your B2 & leave the fallacy of polarized thinking, join my Break Through B2 course.
