Katherine Kirchner is the Senior Vice President of Service Assurance at Zayo, where she leads operational excellence for one of the largest fiber networks in North America. Her work includes expanding automation and AI capabilities such as alarm correlation, predictive maintenance, and workflow improvements, informed by decades of leadership across the telecom and technology sectors. Katherine’s adaptable and cross functional background in engineering, operations, customer experience, and large-scale team leadership has shaped her into a transformative leader in resilient and data driven network performance.
