Look up right now. That gray ceiling? It's not going anywhere tonight. There's an upper level disturbance spinning over Colorado, dragging moisture across the state but keeping things just dry enough at the surface to tease us. Sprinkles that evaporate before they ever touch the ground. The atmosphere is basically dangling rain over our heads. Then snatching it back.
In the next 24 hours. We're sitting at 42 degrees right now. And honestly, we've barely moved all day. That's what happens when low pressure parks itself overhead like it owns the place.
How tonight plays out depends on where you're. Eastern Nebraska stays locked under clouds with lows near 38 degrees. A slight chance of drizzle sneaks in after 5 A.M. Nothing dramatic, just enough to spot your windshield.
