Laura welcomes Kristina Radzeviciute, a Registered Nursing Associate to the podcast. She discusses how after she graduated with a Psychology degree she started working as a Healthcare assistant in a forensic unit whilst volunteering as an Assistant Psychologist. She gives advice for anyone interested in nursing or applying for an apprentiship. Kristian is passionate about mental health and rehabilitation and she gives an insight as to why she started working in this field.

After graduating as a Nursing Associate in December 2020 Kristina has been working in an NHS Adult Mental Health inpatient recovery and rehabilitation ward. Kristiana is currently in her second year of a BSc Mental Health Nursing apprenticeship top up and she outlines her career goals for the future.
