Henry Jones III spent several years managing and shaping the careers of singers and actors. He has had two recording acts signed to Sunshine Records and, at one point, worked as president for a production company owned by Richard T. Jones (The Rookie, The Wood, Why Did I Get Married, and The Sarah Connor Chronicles). 

Mr. Jones began Subtle Insight Entertainment in 2022. He understood that success would follow if he could surround himself with business-minded professionals who shared his passion and love for the entertainment industry.

Mr. Jones's credits include producing the short film Two Three, directed by Kobina Wright. He also directed and produced the music video My Vibe Song for Hip-Hop/R&B artist Shawn Tuck, whom he manages. He also manages actor Corey Jones (Sales, Bigger, Star).
