This week, I’m joined by someone who knows the journey — my former coworker Paige and now full-circle sister in advocacy, a doula who’s been fighting for change in spaces that weren’t built for us.

We met working at what we lovingly call “the ghetto office” — where chaos met compassion and we learned firsthand what it means to advocate for our people inside broken systems. Together, we talk about cultural barriers, community challenges, and the power of showing up when it’s not easy.
