High pressure sliding east is pumping in that southwest wind. And it's bringing the warmth. Today's a stunner. Clear skies statewide with highs climbing into the upper 60s and low 70s. Kansas City hits 68 degrees. St. Louis and Columbia reach 66. Springfield tops out at 67. Southwest winds gust to 23 miles an hour, so it'll feel breezy but pleasant — perfect weather for a Sunday stroll if you ask me. Tonight stays mild. Clear skies hold with lows dropping to the mid to upper 40s. South winds ease to around 10 miles an hour. Monday's the big show. Sunshine continues as temperatures soar into the upper 70s statewide.
