In this episode I speak with Lauren, she takes us on her journey of how she miraculously fell pregnant with her first child and how the struggle truly began when they were wanting to have their second baby. Lauren had an exploratory laparoscopy at 22, where the doctor also performed a D&C and burned the wall of her uterus to stop the heavy and painful periods she was experiencing. Little did she know, how much of an impact this would have on her future fertility. When they struggled to conceive their second child, she was finally given a diagnosis of Ashermans Syndrome. Lauren saw the best ashermans specialist in the country and soon after her surgery, with renewed hope, she fell pregnant.
