Eastern Mass tops out around 30 with a west wind gusting to 23 miles an hour. That wind cuts right through you. Drive west toward Worcester and you're sitting at 27 degrees. The Berkshires match that, with northwest gusts hitting 22 miles an hour. Eight degrees below normal for late February. Winter isn't done with us. Tonight is where it gets brutal.
