Ian Edward is a serial UK hospitality investor and successful M&A specialist, with a career that has spanned a fair few decades, and started with investment banking in New York in the boom times of the 1980's. Ian has brokered numerous acquisitions in the hospitality sector including Loch Fyne to Greene King for £70m in 2007, and sits on numerous Boards including Incipio Group. He is a a UK Hospitality sector M&A specialist for Clearwater International Corporate Finance. His current investments include but are not limited to Thunderbird Fried Chicken and Pizza Pilgrims.
