In this session, I test out the solo rules for Legend in the Mist to see how well they support procedural storytelling without relying solely on player imagination. I prefer solo games that act as a co-partner or GM emulator, and today I’m diving into the Narrator Book (Volume 2) to see if these Oracles can handle the heavy lifting.

I also create my character Ilyana who is tired of the damp cellars and cheap ale of the "Casks". She’s looking for the Great Barleytown Score to fund her retirement in the highlands, but the oracles suggest her first hurdle might be more complicated than a simple heist.
