In this episode I am joined by Christofer Fisher, founder and CEO of Aztec Farms, Manchester's first hydroponic Vertical Farm. Having been in the Canadian army for 6 years Christofer left wanting to start his own business. After a few years working on solar technology, in 2021, he and his fiancé started Aztec Farms in the South of Manchester and are looking to provide healthy and sustainable produce to the city and its surrounding regions. In addition to hopefully one day providing a farming system for human off-world civilisations.
