The society is feeding us this Idealistic image of a woman that does not exist in real life. Imprefection is our natural state. It is okay to not be perfect Body standards are changing all the time. What we thought was beautiful years ago is not longer trending. In the past skinny boyish bodytype was popular, now we have Kim Kardashian body shape that is in style - small waist big booty. In this episode I talk about embracing both concepts and learning to understand multiple perspectives and philosophies instead of polirizing yourself out as in my way or highway.
