Trades and Requests
Joseph and Nathan start things in the NHL by talking about the trades that occurred last week and predicting the ones to come with the deadline on Friday. Then they continue their MLB season predictions with the N.L. Central, before moving to the NBA and talking about the Mavericks concerning the short and long term future and if SGA is the MVP frontrunner. Then they wrap things up talking about the recent moves in the NFL, including the Seahawks releasing Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf's trade request.
It's Still Our Game
Joseph and Nathan kick this episode off by breaking down the 4 Nations Finals, reviewing tournament winners and losers, and quickly touching on the Kevin Lankinen contract extension. In the MLB, the guys continue their season predictions, this time going over the A.L. Central, before moving to the NBA and discussing whether the Lakers or Warriors can make a run in the postseason. Lastly, in the NFL, the guys break down the teams they think have the most pressure going into the offseason.

Joseph and Nathan start this episode off in the MLB, breaking down the Blue Jays' failure to extend Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and continue their division predictions going over the A.L. West next. In the NHL, the guys break down the awesome 4 Nations tournament so far, preview the final between Canada and the U.S.A. They wrap the episode talking about the failures of the NBA All-Star game and NFL's Pro Bowl after on the heels of the NHL's success with the tournament.
