In this episode, we explore what it really means to be present — to awaken to the life that’s happening right here, right now. Inspired by a passage from Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse, I share how moments of presence connect us more deeply to the world around us and to ourselves.
We’ll look at how being present can shift your mind, body, and spirit; how it helps us move through distraction and anxiety; and how simple practices — even a few mindful breaths — can bring us home to the moment.
I also share real-life examples of times when I’ve lost presence (and found it again), along with a grounding exercise you can use anytime to return to yourself.
