Lincoln authorities are investigating a man accused of assaulting officers at a south Lincoln Arby’s and during his custody at Lancaster County Jail. The city also saw the closing of Single Barrel restaurant in downtown Lincoln, while O Street hosted a free block party as part of Project NO Street, and Nebraska’s Elk Creek Mine advances toward production.
