It got me thinking about how the beginning of a new season mirrors πͺ what effective leaders need to do in the workplace. Whether you're coaching teenagers or leading a team of professionals, a reset can be a VERY powerful thing. πͺπͺπͺ
As we approach the end of summer π and the beginning of a new "season," use this as opportunity to take 3οΈβ£ crucial and impactful steps:
