A common way for us to live life is to try to walk a tight rope walk of not being "too bad," but we also don't want the inconvenience of being "too good."  But is this the way we ought to live? The result is a constant battle of trying to find some mythical middle ground, it we will destroy ourselves, and others, in the process of that exhaustion, condemnation of self and others, and legalism. There is a better way.
