Genesis 34 reminds us of the danger of going too far—whether in our desires, our passivity, or our anger. Sin happens when desire outruns restraint, but responding to sin with more sin is never the answer.

Are you being too passive? Too consumed by anger? Or allowing sin to take you further than you ever intended to go? Holiness starts with the ability to say no and choosing to live set apart for God.
