I also explain what it means to be empathic, why I believe it's important to approach ghost investigations with an open but sceptical mind, and recount one of the strangest moments I've experienced while exploring the West Tunnel alone.

This isn't about proving ghosts exist or convincing anyone of the paranormal. It's simply my honest account of what I've experienced and why I believe critical thinking should always come first.
