This is Episode number 27 the Murder of Phil Hartman. He was a Canadian and American comedian, actor, screenwriter and graphic designer. He was a beloved cast member of Saturday Night Live from 1986-1994.

Phil was murdered by his wife Brynn on May 28, 1998 in his home in Los Angeles, California. He was just 49 years old.
