This week I speak to Beth Piggot. Beth was always at the top of my list when I created Jobs for Women because I respect and admire her work ethic, progression in a traditionally male-dominated industry, and how she communicates as a strong, successful, intelligent woman.

It was great to hear about her university studies and the roles she has secured throughout her career. Although it wasn't a shock, it was more difficult to hear about the sexist experiences she has had to deal with and how she navigated through them with complete professionalism.

I think Beth should be the voice of women in property, and she is the perfect person to inspire young women in colleges and universities that they too can be successful as a woman in property.
