For Season 3 Episode 3, we were excited to have Kati Fernandez on the podcast. Kati Fernandez is the director of content development and integration group, which works internally and cross-departmentally to solidify the content strategy, launch, performance, and communication for all ESPN+ Original, ESPN+ Studio, ESPN Films, 30 for 30, Special Projects, and The Undefeated on ESPN+ series and films. Fernandez is also the co-chair for ESPN’s Multicultural Women’s Network which is an employee-led affinity group focused on connecting, developing, and elevating women of color.
