Episode notes
I recorded this in 2024, but it will always be relevant.
Everything you were taught about this supposedly deadly virus from the early 20th century is nonsense. A lot of people did die, but not from a virus. So, if they didn't die from a virus, then what did they die from?
What happened, as Michael Bryant explains, was a collection of war-related consequences.
I mean, isn’t it a total coincidence that WW1 and the Spanish flu ended around the same time?
