In this podcast I share my grievance meeting experience. I share my experience of being made “whole” and those glorified penalty pay checks. I introduce the agencies that I’ve been working with currently.
When? TBA Why? I’m doing this for soooooo many reasons. As each episode will reveal. Where? Not too many platforms, for now. Who? ME!!! I say my name more than enough. In this podcast I’m doing something I don’t practice at work and when I do it’s selectively.. I’m inviting you in. . I’m sharing in real time a very destructive, dehumanizing experience, I am ashamed to be singled out for unfair treatment through abuse of any kind. And when it’s abuse of power you look stupid holding a rock against a tank. And then having that tank roll over you crushing you to death with the rock being the only thing remaining in tact. For all to watch and laugh. Or say what you knew you felt while succumbing to the pressure, who did you think you were? That self respect and those legal rights didn’t help you much huh?
