I made the same mistake again. Always try to kill your idea as fast as possible.

Learning quickly is crucial. When trying to learn in order to solve problems, ensure that you start with a well formulated question. Exploration without an explicit question in mind is far less effective.

Show, don't tell

Investors, clients, and everyone else you share your idea with have one thing in common: they want you to show them your project. Telling them about it doesn't have quite the same effect.

Entrepreneurial blindness - I can’t believe I missed that

It's a real thing. I think I may have fallen too much in love with the idea.

Looking at the big picture

Trying to take a step back and analyze the situation from a bird's eye view.

No progress is no fun

No outstanding progress was made today. This realization should be incredibly rare, or how could we succeed?
