And it's going to mess with your evening plans. Out west, you're up first. Snow starts rolling in around noon and peaks at 3 P.M. Des Moines hits 37 degrees by 2 P.M. before things get messy. The good news? Barely any accumulation. Think dusting, not disaster. Central Iowa, you're in the thick of it. Snow develops by 4 P.M. and peaks around 6 P.M. — right when you're trying to get home. Expect 1 to 2 inches by morning. Highs reach 33 degrees around 2 P.M. Not terrible, but those roads are going to be slick. Eastern Iowa gets a later start. Snow holds off until 8 P.M., peaking around 9 P.M. Highs hit 32 degrees by 4 P.M. But here's the kicker.. It'll feel like 1 ...
