As of late, I have had to process some imposter syndrome that I have been feeling about this podcast space.

Something I did not realize until I did it, was all the big feelings that would come up when posting on social media this passion project I am working on.

Everyday I find new roots to process and to work through - in this episode I am doing some of that processing and reminding myself I am safe to show up and to be me.
