Just to get into the podcast space today was a choice that I had to push myself to make. 

Feeling shame around not being in a “socially acceptable career.”

Building new habits into my life. 

Taking the opportunity to lean into love. For others or practicing self-love. 

As I continue to show up for myself in many ways, this podcasting space has become a positive outlet in my life. I am grateful for this container and all of you for sitting with me in it.
