Indianapolis experienced three serious traffic incidents this week, including a pedestrian crash on the near south side and a hit-and-run resulting in a fatality on the southeast side. The city is also seeing increased use of the Citizen app for safety reporting and is preparing for the economic boost promised by the Indiana Trail project.
