Good morning. Indiana. I'm Aaron Jolly.
Step outside and you'll notice something. The air feels lighter. After dumping over half an inch of rain on us yesterday, that thick blanket of clouds is finally peeling back. The clearing line is sweeping west to east through mid-morning. And sunshine's punching through.
Today's a gift. Mostly sunny skies with highs climbing to the upper 50s and low 60s. Down in Evansville, you'll hit 62 degrees. Up in Fort Wayne, expect 59. Winds pick up this afternoon, gusting to 30 miles an hour, especially north. Tonight stays mild — lows in the low to mid 40s under clear skies.
Monday? Even better. Wall-to-wall sunshine with highs near 70 degrees statewide. Perfect weather to get outside before the pattern flips.
