That rain drumming on your roof right now? It's got a story behind it. A frontal boundary has stalled right across the middle of the state. And it's pulling Gulf moisture northward like a fire hose. We've already picked up close to half an inch. Another one to three inches could fall by tomorrow morning.
In the next 24 hours. That's serious water, folks. A Flood Watch covers the southern two thirds of Indiana through 10 A.M. Wednesday. Stay off flooded roads tonight. No exceptions.
Now the wild part. This front is splitting Indiana into two completely different evenings. Down in Evansville, it's 57 degrees with thunderstorms rumbling through.
