Stuck at 38. That's an 11 degree spread across one state. Here's the thing. Both ends are calling it February. Down in the southwest, you're practically lounging. 49 degrees with light winds at just 8 miles an hour. Perfect evening for a walk. Drive up toward Indianapolis and central Indiana sits at 42 degrees. A west wind at 16 miles an hour adds a little bite though. Northeast Indiana reads 43 degrees on paper. But gusts hitting 25 miles an hour? That wind finds every zipper you forgot to close. Now up in northern Indiana, you're at 38 degrees with those same blustery gusts.
