“By Beholding We Are Changed” is a call to guard what fills our minds and hearts and to fix our eyes on Christ. Through the examples of Daniel and Achan, the song contrasts resisting Babylon with allowing its influence within. As the final choice approaches, it calls us to behold Jesus through God’s Word, set our minds on things above, and allow the Holy Spirit to transform us from glory to glory into His likeness.
