Bill Rapier, owner and operator of Amtac Shooting and Amtac Blades is an ex-navy SEAL and member of Navy Special Warfare Development Group, or DevGru. One of Bill's jobs over his years of service was as a scout sniper for a platoon os SEALs. Since retiring, Bill has dedicated his time to training others in fighting and shooting skills.
