Are you interested in losing fat? Finding it hard to shift weight on various diets? You need to have enough of the right resources to enable your body to utilise and burn off the fats.

Lysine is an essential amino acid that we need to take in the diet. It has a very special function where it is used to build carnitine to enable you to use fats for energy. If you are not getting enough lysine, then you will find it hard to lose weight.

Carnitine is made by the body to enable the transport of large fat molecules (fatty acids) into the power houses of our cells to burn for energy. These powerhouses are called mitochondria, and they need carnitine to carry the fats from outside to inside the mitochondria. Without sufficient carnitine, then the body is limited in its capacity to utilise fats for energy.
