Peace, Tribulation, Cheer, and Victory Together

Scripture: “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” — John 16:33 

Too often, believers pick and choose only one part of the verse. Some emphasize peace without acknowledging tribulation. Others focus on tribulation without holding onto cheer. But Jesus wove all four together because the Christian life holds all four realities at once.
