Cowboy fans woke up shocked when it was reported that head basketball coach Jeff Linder would be stepping down to take a top assistant role at Texas Tech. After four years and an NCAA Tournament appearance, Linder was worn out by a combination of bad luck and constant transfer portal looting. We discuss his career and what I think his reasoning could be for leaving. A few days later, Wisconsin-Green Bay head coach Sundance Wicks was signed to a five year deal as the next head coach of Wyoming. We go over his rise through the coaching ranks, his remarkable turnaround of an awful Green Bay program, and why he's the right man to get Wyoming out of this mess.
