Episode #33- It's all about Kym

Hey friends and welcome to episode #33. In this weeks episode you will meet the wonderful Kym Inglis. In January 2010 Kyms life changed forever when he tragically lost his wife, two daughters and a close family friend in a car crash.

Most of us can never even begin to imagine what he has experienced. He talks us through that day, from that feeling of just knowing something was wrong in his stomach to being delivered the worst news imaginable all in such a short space of time. He tells us what those weeks and months were like afterwards and how turning to running, helped to save his own life.

Kym now shares his story with others and hopes to encourage others to seek help when times get tough. I once again, feel blessed to have met such an incredible guest and I know you will take something from listening in to this.
