Guyyys it has been a hot minute! After a small break I am back with a solo episode today chatting about everything that has been happening in my life recently.

I felt really called to do an episode centred around LONELINESS as it has been a reoccurring theme for me as late. Alone and lonely are two very different things, in this episode I talk through the differences I found after moving back from Indonesia, the stories I created around it and why I always see a black Rav4 everywhere I go.

I chat about dating apps and why I think they're not the answer for me and strap in for a Dear Diary story time after I met Casper the friendly ghost. haha. FML. As always I will share with you my learnings and why I am grateful for the experience even though it left me with cartoon question marks floating around my head.
