Episode #31- It's all about Alex

Welcome to episode #31 friends and I am pleased to introduce to you Alex Ferguson. Alex stumbled across my podcast a few months ago and reached out and offered to share his story with all of you.

After noticing a lump behind his collarbone when getting out of the shower in October 2019 through to his diagnosis with Hodgkin's Lymphoma several months later he talks us through every aspect of his cancer journey.

In the lead up to recording this episode Alex shared his journals that he kept over this time with me and I have to say what truly stood out to me was the positive mindset he was able to adopt.
