We adopted Carrie from birth. Evelyn is a miracle child that my wife gave birth to since we couldn't have kids. I joined F3 in March of 2021 as a very out of shape sad clown. I had come to realize I needed to be healthier for my family but didn't know yet what else F3 was going to add to my life. Carrie started showing signs of severe anxiety not long after I joined F3.
