For years I taught people how to reach their health goals... while quietly failing at one of my own.
I barely slept five hours a night. Sometimes less.
And I did not just notice it. I judged myself for it. Hard.
Here I was, a leadership coach who teaches energy, focus, and wellbeing... and I could not get my own sleep under control.
So the thought became "what's wrong with me?"
That question is shame. And shame keeps you frozen.
I tried everything. Resolutions. Resets. Morning routines. Mindset work. Every night I told myself tonight would be different. Every night it wasn't.
Then something shifted. Not a dramatic move. A small one. Almost like a petite practice.
I stopped asking who I was and started looking at what I was doing.
