Mihai is currently the head coach of business development at Stala Building Solutions, Student-Athlete Leadership Advisor at Mohawk College, director of business development for Ganon Baker Basketball and an adjunct professor at Canisius College (Buffalo, NY), where he teaches in two (2) different graduate-level programs - Sport Administration and Sports Product Development.
